Any sound effects (or music) in our library licensed under the CC0 1.0 Universal License (Public Domain) can be used free of attribution for any kind of member (Pro, Elite or Free). You can use sound effects licensed under Public Domain License as you wish.
If you have a Creator or Pro active subscription, attribution is not required.
If you have a Free account you must credit us for using our sound effects in your work.

SFX Pack are exclusive for account with a Creator or Pro active subscription.
If you want to use it and full access to our sounds libraries you are required to upgrade your account.
Absolutely not! That’s against our Terms of Use and a violation of international copyright law.
Any sound effects you download while you have an active subscription can only be used if you publish the End Product while your subscription is active.
The license continues for the life of the End Product (even if your subscription ends).
You can’t download tracks then cancel the subscription and continue making new content with our sound effects.

If you have a Creator or Pro active subscription, attribution is not required.
If you have a Free account instead, you can use one of the following examples for using our sound effects or music in your social media profile: Youtube, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Twitch, etc..
If you have a Free account and you want to use sound effects, SFX Pack or music licensed via this Standard License, you must credit us in the form of a link back to our website. Credits must be added to the project itself.
If you have a Creator or Pro active plan, attribution is not required.
Any sound effect, SFX pack or music downloaded while your account is upgraded to Creator or Pro retain many privileges, including attribution removal for life.
Premium sound effects (identified by a yellow star) are exclusive only for Creator or Pro members.
If you want to use it and full access to our sounds libraries you are required to upgrade your account.
If you have a free account you can’t use our sound effects and music in your commercial projects.
If you will get money from your project, you need a Commercial License and you get it upgrading to a Pro plan.
This means if you have a Pro active account you can use our sound effects, SFX Packs and Music in your commercial projects.
Every music track and sound effect on gfxsounds.com is 100% royalty free and legal for you to use.
We only add content that is created by us, or was contributed by the creator or copyright owner, so you can feel safe using our audio content.
Any sound effects you download while your account is Creator or Pro can only be used if you publish the End Product while your subscription is active.
