Most frequent questions and answers

You can view our membership subscription plans here.

If you are interested in monthly billing, you can sign up for our “Pro” plan.

If you are interested in yearly billing, you can sign up for our “Elite” plan.

We hate to see you go! But if you must, the process is quick and  easy.

Visiting your “dashboard > my membership > cancel membership” you will be able to cancel a Subscription at any time. Your cancelled Subscription will remain active until the paid plan expires.

Yes you can change and update your billing information at any time from “dashboard > my membership > update billing info“.

GfxSounds guarantees that your data is absolutely safe with us. All information is encrypted to ensure the complete security of sensitive data.

We use a solid, 256-bit encrypted Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect your transactions.  Your transactions are 100% secure and encrypted by our merchant gateway providers (Stripe and PayPal).

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).
PayPal.

It could be local sales tax, or sometimes your bank will charge extra small fees, for example if you are an international customer.

GfxSounds never charge or receive any additional fees. The total amount you see on your screen when you purchase our products is the amount we receive

For subscription payment we have recurring billing.

Annual subscribers will have their card charged one year from the date of the purchase.

Monthly subscribers will have their card charged one month from the date of the purchase.

If you want to purchase a Membership Plan the process is quick and easy.

Login to your account and select a subscription Plan, then fill out the form with your billing details. A credit card or paypal account is required for the purchase.  

Your Subscription to GfxSounds will be activated immediately after payment is processed.

If you make a payment by debit or credit card you can find invoices and receipts visiting “dashboard > my membership > invoices and receipts“.

If for any reason your recurring subscription payment fails, due to a change of data, insufficient founds or any other reason, Stripe or Paypal Gateway will attempt the payment again (up to 3 times).

If the payment fails all 3 times, your Pro or Elite account will be deactivated.

Paypal has special rules that prevent German accounts from subscribing to recurring payments from other countries using PayPal.

GfxSounds offers refunds only for annual membership payments (Elite Plan) if you contact us within 7 days after the charge has been processed and if you don’t have downloaded any pro sound effects from our website.
